Facebook™ Advertisements:
All Facebook™ advertising campaigns are based on buyer specific demographic information chosen at the point of sale. These will be located on your launch email with a copy of your advert.
All Facebook™ advertisements follow the policies and guidelines as defined by Facebook™. Such polices and guidelines include demographic and geographical targeting. For more information on Facebook’s™ latest policies please visit www.facebook.com.
The seller accepts no responsibility for copyright issues on adverts created on the buyers behalf where content of a graphical or textual nature have been supplied by, or permission granted by, the buyer from any source which is to be included in the buyers advertisement.
Impressions Promise:
The number of guaranteed impressions is based on the package selected by the buyer. Guaranteed numbers of impressions are based on specific demographic criteria which are controlled and provided by Facebook™. These criteria include age, gender and location. Changes to the demographic criteria may affect the number of guaranteed impressions available.

SUMMARY OF SERVICE:
Worldwide Marketing Solutions Limited/Global Marketing solutions will create online advertisements based around your chosen key phrases. As part of the month by month rolling agreement, Worldwide Marketing Solutions Limited will generate sponsored listing adverts on the relevant search engines everyday for one calendar month.
Worldwide Marketing Solutions Ltd operates independently. We are not employed, endorsed, sub contractors or agents of Google™. ‘Google Adwords™’ is a trademark of Google™, Inc.
Worldwide Marketing Solutions Limited, or no other Online Marketing Company can guarantee 24/7 advert exposure, unlimited clicks or specific positions on page 1 of Google™, as we cannot control what the “searcher” of your chosen key phrases will do, i.e. Click on your advert or someone else’s, please speak to a Worldwide Marketing Solutions Account Manager who will be able to explain the mechanics of PPC in more depth.
Upon receipt of payment for services Worldwide Marketing Solutions Limited deems the buyer to have read and agreed to these terms. You will be able to see your adverts by going to www.google.co.uk or www.google.co.uk/adpreview and typing your chosen key phrases into the Google™ search bar and clicking "search".
Website/Facebook page:
Where a free website/facebook page has been offered, a link to an online brief will be sent at the point of payment. Please ensure you complete this document with in-depth information regarding your business and return within 5 working days, in the event a brief is not returned within this time frame your online marketing will commence using a basic template formatted using the buyers business details, unless an extended timeline is agreed in writing. The quality of the site will be reflected directly to the amount of content you are able to provide. The website/ facebook page is an addition to the advertising you have purchased and does not alter or effect the terms and conditions of the online advertising. The design on all free websites/facebook pages remains the property of Worldwide Marketing Solutions.
Disclaimer about our video production service.
Global Marketing Option / GMO / Worldwide marketing solutions Ltd act as a 3rd party agency to provide video promotion including video testimonials and endorsements and product introduction. All videos supplied by us are from your own instruction and all scripts of testimonials provided to us are deemed and assumed to be real and accurate and we therefore only instruct an actor to present it on video for your personal use only. You must not feature a testimonial without permission. By using our 3rd party service you are agreeing and claiming that you can provide documentary evidence that all testimonials and endorsements are genuine and you have the correct permissions to use it and with the relevant disclaimer that an actor is used when publishing it. We will not be held accountable for fake or misleading claims made therefore must advice you that we provide the video and actor service only. We will aim to deliver your video to you email address within 7 working days unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to ask for an additional 5 working days in the event that the actor selected is booked up that week. Once payment is taken we do not offer a refund for this service. Videos are produced exactly to your script and we will not re-shoot if you make an error. In the event that a video is made incorrect to your script by our mistake you will be entailed to a re-shoot of video.
General Terms & Conditions
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
Upon receipt of payment for services Worldwide Marketing solutions limited/global marketing solutions deems the buyer to have read and agreed to these terms. All Facebook™/Google advertisements follow the policies and upon receipt of payment the buyer agrees to this contract.
The first month is a try out period whereby the ‘buyer’ can cancel the advertisement with no notice and no further payments after you have received your stat report outlining the performance within that month. If the ‘buyer’ does not cancel the agreement at the end of the try out period then this contract will automatically renew and you will automatically charged again for one further calendar month, from the date of entering into the agreement and each month thereafter until we receive a pause or cancellation notice, by written email only. If the payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday then it may be taken on the previous working day. If you have agreed to an advanced payment schedule you will automatically transfer to a new billing cycle. The renewal price will be charged at full price as stated on our website or in your welcome email, on the date of payment (for pay monthly customers).If you have agreed to an advanced payment schedule you will automatically transfer to a new billing cycle. The new cycle will be dictated in accordance with the advanced payment schedule agreed in with your account manager in writing, the different types of billing schedules we offer are 1,3,6,9 and 12 months so if you choose to pay monthly then the price will not be discounted, if you choose to pay upfront for 3,6,9 or 12 months then a discount can be given by your account manager and will be confirmed to you in a email. Please note if you take advantage of one of our discount plans for paying upfront for 3,6,9 or 12 months then we will continue to bill you on this basis going forward and the same discount will apply to you and the renewal payment will be taken automatically at the price initially agreed on the billing cycle renewal date. The seller will activate the buyer’s advertisement within 48 working hours of the initial order date unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and seller at the point of sale.
If the buyer chooses to increase their budget at any point in order to get more marketing, advertising longer advertising display time or additional key words ect, this is not classed as a new agreement, but merely a variation of this agreement and these such variations can be done by the buyer at any point by speaking the their account manager at Worldwide Marketing Solutions ltd and will confirmed in writing via email to the buyer. Authorisation of payment: By signing this agreement you authorise Worldwide Marketing Solutions Limited to process payment/future payments based on your billing cycle as stated above.
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT:
Within your first month you can cancel your agreement with immediate effect via email. Please email customerservice@worldwidems.co.uk stating you wish to cancel your agreement in month one and you do not wish to continue your advert into month two, therefore a second payment will not be taken. If you do not cancel the agreement in month one and you renew into month 2, we will continue to run your agreement indefinitely on a month to month basis until further notice or cancellation requested by the buyer. Following (this after month 1) a simple 30 day cancellation is required by the Buyer and a final payment may be due.

- if you are unable to provide us with an email then recorded letter will also be acceptable. We must insist on all cancellations in writing in order for a genuine timeline to be registered in the event there is a dispute by either party.
CHARGEBACKS:
Any chargeback’s requested by the client to their credit card company will be strongly contested by Worldwide Marketing Solutions Ltd through a dedicated credit control team.
Any Chargeback lost by the client will result in Worldwide Marketing Solutions Ltd charging an administration fee of £50 + vat for the time and resources taken to prove that the monies were in fact owed to Worldwide Marketing Solutions Ltd in the first case.

Occasionally it is possible that you may have feedback in which you would like us to address. PAUSE NOTICE:
In order to pause an account Worldwide Marketing Solutions Ltd require a monthly renewal payment to be secured against the allocation and when the advert is resumed, the 31 days will be given and the standard monthly renewals commence after 31 days as per usual. This meaning the only time an account can be paused is upon the next renewal date. Worldwide Marketing Solutions Ltd reserve the right to automatically resume a paused account after 31 consecutive days unless agreed to the contrary, solely at our discretion and in writing. This allows you the buyer to go on holiday / manage your workload whilst maximising your advertising budget. The maximum period we can secure a paused allocation for is 3 calendar months. The 31 days of paid advertising must be used within 3 calendar months of the monthly fee.
